Step 1: Locate Configuration
Go to the Settings Page and navigate to the Configuration Tab. This section is dedicated to the Website Tracking Snippet.
Step 2: Copy and Paste
Copy the provided snippet code and paste it into your web page's HTML code. This integration allows the snippet to collect essential visitor interaction data.
Step 3: Monitor the Data
After integrating the snippet, visit the Website Analytics Page. Here, you can view the data captured from your website visitors. This valuable information provides insights for informed decisions and strategic planning.
Step 4: Confirmation of Functionality
To confirm the snippet's functionality, return to the Configuration Page. In the top right-hand corner, you'll find a reassuring green symbol labelled "Received Data." This symbol confirms that the system is successfully gathering and processing data from your website, ensuring the integration's effectiveness.
Technical Assistance: In cases where snippet integration poses challenges, you can seek assistance from your developers to ensure the smooth implementation of the snippet code.
On our platform, you have the capability to track various domains and subdomains. Adding the domains or subdomains you want to track is a straightforward process. Simply enter them in the provided box located just below the Snippet code on the Configuration page.
Enter the domains with a comma separating them, for instance: "sprouts.ai, sprouts.ai/docs," and then click on the "Update Domains" button.
Please ensure that the snippet code has been correctly added to all the domains mentioned in the box for tracking to work effectively.
You can efficiently handle data tracked across multiple domains using our Website Account List Page. It offers both list and overview views for your convenience. The list format lets you interact with the data directly, and you can apply filters for customized analysis.
Clicking on an account name reveals details about visited pages, aiding precise engagement strategies. For a summarized perspective, access the "Overview"
This allows a high-level overview of the data, simplifying analysis. These features empower you to manage and understand visitor behaviour across various domains effectively.
