Automated Qualification

In Sprouts, based on the ideal customer profile configuration, accounts can be qualified automatically. This will help in determining whether an account is categorized as Qualified, Disqualified, Unknown, or Unqualified.

You also have the flexibility to manually qualify accounts that align precisely with your unique targeting goals. This feature gives you the ability to categorize and prioritize accounts with precision, ultimately leading to a more effective and efficient account-based marketing strategy.

In the "Qualification" column, accounts fall into five distinct categories:

  • Qualified: The account meets the qualification criteria.

  • Disqualified: The account doesn't meet the qualification criteria.

  • Already Exists: The account is already in Target profiles.

  • Unknown: The account's status cannot be determined.

  • Unqualified: The account hasn't been evaluated yet.

Manual Qualification

You can manually mark accounts as "Qualified" in Sprouts by following these straightforward steps:

Step 1. Navigate to Account Summary:

Go to the Website Account List Page to access a summary of accounts.

Step 2. Identify Disqualified Accounts:

Look for accounts with a status other than "Qualified," such as Disqualified, Unqualified, or Unknown.

Step 3. Select Accounts:

To mark an account as "Qualified," simply click on the checkbox next to the account's name.

Step 4. Qualify Accounts:

Once you've selected the desired accounts, click on the "Qualify" button located at the top of the summary view.

Status Change: The selected accounts will now be marked as "Qualified," reflecting the change in their status. This updated status will also be reflected in the Target Profiles Account Page.
