Visitors Page
The Visitor Page provides a detailed and comprehensive view of accounts visited to your website, allowing you to interact with individual accounts efficiently. In this mode, you can perform specific actions for each account, such as qualifying them and gaining deeper insights through the side pane. The Visitor Page is ideal when you need a granular understanding of each account's activity and status, enabling precise and tailored engagement with your audience.
Contacts Revealed for an account are now accessible and can be filtered seamlessly based on their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Persona.
In the Website Visit Page, we've equipped you with a set of filters that function much like those you're accustomed to in the Target Profiles Page. Moreover, you have the ability to toggle data points to either include or exclude them within these filters. This flexibility empowers you to analyze website visitor data as you require, enabling precise and data-driven marketing strategy planning. This means you can tailor your approach with the utmost precision to achieve your goals.
If you want to access specific information about an account, including details about the pages the prospect has visited, the time of their visits, their location, and more, you can do so by simply clicking on the account. This action will open a side pane that displays the account's details.
In Sprouts, based on the ideal customer profile configuration, accounts can be qualified automatically. This will help in determining whether an account is categorized as Qualified, Disqualified, Unknown, or Unqualified.
You also have the flexibility to manually qualify accounts that align precisely with your unique targeting goals. This feature gives you the ability to categorize and prioritize accounts with precision, ultimately leading to a more effective and efficient account-based marketing strategy.
In the "Qualification" column, accounts fall into five distinct categories:
Qualified: The account meets the qualification criteria.
Disqualified: The account doesn't meet the qualification criteria.
Already Exists: The account is already in Target profiles.
Unknown: The account's status cannot be determined.
Unqualified: The account hasn't been evaluated yet.
You can manually mark accounts as "Qualified" in Sprouts by following these straightforward steps:
Step 1. Navigate to Account Summary:
Go to the Website Account List Page to access a summary of accounts.
Step 2. Identify Disqualified Accounts:
Look for accounts with a status other than "Qualified," such as Disqualified, Unqualified, or Unknown.
Step 3. Select Accounts:
To mark an account as "Qualified," simply click on the checkbox next to the account's name.
Step 4. Qualify Accounts:
Once you've selected the desired accounts, click on the "Qualify" button located at the top of the summary view.
Status Change: The selected accounts will now be marked as "Qualified," reflecting the change in their status. This updated status will also be reflected in the Target Profiles Account Page.
