Configuration

To configure your Account Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the ICP Configuration Page Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on the settings icon in the Navigation bar. Then, click on Configuration and select Set up ICPs.

Step 2: Begin Creating an Account ICP, Click on New Account ICP.

Here a new page opens. Here, specify the ICP Name.

Then, start adding details by selecting options in the provided filters. For example, if your ICP is a company X with the following criteria:

  • Location: USA

  • Industry: information technology & services

  • Employee Count: 50-200

  • Employee By Department: Engineering

  • Revenue: 10M-50M

  • Technology: Python

  • Founded Year : 2023

  • Funding:

    • Latest Funding Amount: Most recent funding amount.

    • Total Funding Amount: Overall funding amount.

    • Latest Funding Date: Date of the most recent funding.

    • Latest Funding Stage: Current funding stage.

As you make these selections in the Filters, the details will populate in the Summary section.

Step 3: Save your Configuration After you've set up your ICP criteria, click Save and your ICP is created.

Step 4: Activities to Perform with an ICP

  • Activate ICP: Click on the three dots under the "Action" menu and select "Set to Active" to enable your configured ICP.

  • Clone ICP: Create a duplicate of an existing ICP using the Clone option, which you can modify as needed.

  • Edit ICP: Make changes to an existing ICP by selecting the Edit option to update its attributes or criteria.

  • Delete ICP: Remove an ICP from the system by choosing the Delete option under the "Action" menu.

  • Inactivate ICP: Click on the three dots under the "Action" menu and select "Set to Inactive" to disable your configured Active ICP.

Note: You can only delete an ICP once it is set as Inactive.

Now you can filter out your accounts/contacts on Target Account List Page based on these ICP which we have created.
