The Accounts Tab within the settings page grants you the capability to view and edit your company's information.
Within the Accounts Tab, you can access the following information. While the Account Details, including Account Name, Account Domain, and Time Zone, remain uneditable, Billing Details such as Address, City, State, Country, Pincode, Phone Number, and Billing Currency can be modified.
The Manage Users Tab streamlines the often complex task of user management. Whether it's inviting new members, modifying access rights, or keeping tabs on user engagement, this tab provides the tools necessary for effective administration. Enjoy enhanced control over your team's access, ensuring a secure and productive environment.
By providing you with a centralized hub for user management, the Manage Users Tab enhances the overall efficiency of your platform experience. With a few clicks, you can invite, edit, and reactivate users, ensuring smooth operations and optimal access control.
Admins have access to their designated accounts.
They can manage and administer the specific account assigned to them.
Admins have the authority to configure settings and create/manage users within their assigned accounts.
They have access to invite new users, configure new features, and edit the company details.
Users are regular members of the product.
They have limited access and functionality compared to Admins.
Users can access and utilize the features and tools specific to their assigned client account.
They can view, analyze, and interact with the data and resources available within their assigned client accounts.
The manage Profile feature provides users with the flexibility to keep their profile information up-to-date and accurate. Whether it's updating contact details, changing names, or making any other relevant edits, the "Manage Profile" feature streamlines the process. By empowering users to maintain their profile information, we aim to enhance the overall user experience and ensure that the platform reflects their most current and accurate data.
Step 1. Locate the Letter Icon: In the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, you'll find a letter icon. Click on this icon to access profile options.
Step 2. Choose "Manage Profile": A small menu appears after clicking the letter icon. Select "Manage Profile" from the menu to open the profile management page.
Step 3. Edit Personal Information: On the profile management page, you'll find fields for various personal details, such as alias, email address, first name, last name, and middle name. Click on the respective field you want to edit.
Step 4. Make Desired Changes: Once you click on a field, you can modify the existing information. Update the field with the new information you want to save.
Step 5. Save Changes: After making the necessary edits, click on the "Save" button. The platform will confirm that your changes have been successfully saved.
