# Persona ICP

## **Configuration**

To configure your Persona Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), follow these steps:

**Step 1:** Access the ICP Configuration Page Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on the settings icon in the Navigation bar. Then, click on **Configuration** and select **Set up ICPs**.

**Step 2:** Begin Creating an Persona ICP by clicking on "New Persona ICP"

Here a new page opens. Here, specify the ICP Name.&#x20;

Then, start adding details by selecting options in the provided filters. For example, if your ICP is a  persona X with the following criteria:

* Job Title: ciso, cto and co-founder, cto, cto co-founder, cto and founder, cyber security engineer
* Department: Marketing , Product , Sales
* Designation: C suite, Founder, Vp, Head, Director

When setting variables related to Buyer Personas, such as Job Title, Department, and Designation, you can establish their order of priority. You can easily rearrange these variables in the summary view by utilizing the drag-and-drop feature while editing an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This enables you to fine-tune and prioritize the criteria that matter most to your account-based marketing strategy.

As you make these selections in the Filters, the details will populate in the Summary section.

**Step 3:** Save your Configuration After you've set up your ICP criteria, click **Save** and your ICP is created.

**Step 4:** Activities to Perform with an ICP

* **Activate ICP**: Click on the three dots under the "Action" menu and select **"Set to Active"** to enable your configured ICPs.
* **Clone ICP**: Create a duplicate of an existing ICP using the **Clone** option, which you can modify as needed.
* **Edit ICP**: Make changes to an existing ICP by selecting the **Edit** option to update its attributes or criteria.
* **Delete ICP**: Remove an ICP from the system by choosing the **Delete** option under the "Action" menu.
* **Inactivate ICP**: Click on the three dots under the "Action" menu and select **"Set to Inactive"** to disable your configured Active ICP.

Now we can filter out these persona on our Website Account List  based on the ICP we have created.&#x20;
