The Workforce Analytics tab provides a structured, data-driven view of a target company's workforce composition and hiring activity. It combines two sub-sections — People Insights and Hiring Insights — into a single tab.
Workforce Analytics requires Deep Intelligence to be activated. Data is sourced from external APIs and displayed as chart-based visualizations.
Hiring surges, departmental growth, and new leadership roles are strong indicators of:
Buying intent — a growing team often needs new tools
Organizational priorities — where a company is investing signals where decisions will be made
Entry points — new VP-level hires are often open to evaluating new vendors
