# Workforce Analytics — People & Hiring Insights

The **Workforce Analytics tab** provides a structured, data-driven view of a target company's workforce composition and hiring activity. It combines two sub-sections — **People Insights** and **Hiring Insights** — into a single tab.

{% hint style="info" %}
Workforce Analytics requires Deep Intelligence to be activated. Data is sourced from external APIs and displayed as chart-based visualizations.
{% endhint %}

#### Why this matters for selling

Hiring surges, departmental growth, and new leadership roles are strong indicators of:

* **Buying intent** — a growing team often needs new tools
* **Organizational priorities** — where a company is investing signals where decisions will be made
* **Entry points** — new VP-level hires are often open to evaluating new vendors
