# Whitespaces & Buyer Committee

The **Whitespaces tab** is the primary AI intelligence surface inside Account Intelligence. It surfaces every AI-identified potential sales opportunity for a target account — organized by your product catalogue and prioritized by urgency.

{% hint style="info" %}
Whitespaces require Deep Intelligence to be activated on the account.
{% endhint %}

#### Understanding Whitespaces

Whitespaces answer the core revenue question: *"Where can we sell into this account, which product is relevant, and why should we act now?"*

Each Whitespace is:

* **Mapped to your product catalogue** — grouped by product category
* **Scored by urgency:**

| Score           | Meaning                                       |
| --------------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| **Act Now**     | High-confidence, time-sensitive. Take action. |
| **Investigate** | Worth exploring — moderate signal strength |
| **Monitor**     | Early indicator — revisit later               |

**Filters available:** Product, Geography

#### Whitespace Detail view

Click any Whitespace card to open its detail view. Three tabs:

| Tab                 | What it shows                                                                                             |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Rationale** | AI summary and reasoning for why this Whitespace was identified, linked initiatives, and source citations |
| **Signals** | The specific Signals that contributed to this Whitespace's identification and scoring |
| **Buyer Committee** | AI-recommended contacts to engage for this specific opportunity |

#### Buyer Committee

Each Whitespace has its own Buyer Committee — the contacts AccountOS recommends you engage. For each contact:

* **Decision Score** — how important they are to engage for this Whitespace (higher = higher priority)
* **Role tag** — Decision Maker, Economic Buyer, Technical Buyer, User Buyer, Coach, Business User
* **Linked Whitespaces** — other opportunities this contact appears in
* **Warm Intro Paths** — connection routes from your team to this contact

**Managing the Buyer Committee:**

* You can manually add contacts to the Buyer Committee by searching by name, LinkedIn, job title, or email
* A full **point-in-time version history** of additions and removals is maintained — you can restore to any previous state

{% hint style="info" %}
The Buyer Committee is a sub-component of a specific Whitespace — it is not a standalone feature accessible elsewhere.
{% endhint %}

#### Relationship to CRM Opportunities

Whitespaces and CRM Opportunities are currently separate. There is no cross-reference between them in v1.1. The ability to transition a Whitespace into a CRM Opportunity is planned for a future release.
