Account Intelligence — Overview
Account Intelligence is the core module of AccountOS, Sprouts' AI-native B2B sales intelligence platform. It gives enterprise sales teams a unified, per-account workspace that consolidates everything needed for deep account research — organisational structure, buyer signals, AI-identified whitespace opportunities, CRM opportunity tracking, relationship maps, competitive intelligence, and workforce analytics — into a single view.
What problem does it solve?
Enterprise sales teams typically piece together account intelligence from dozens of disconnected sources — LinkedIn, company websites, CRM data, news feeds, and internal tribal knowledge. This is slow, inconsistent, and leaves sellers without a clear picture of where to focus.
Account Intelligence centralises all of this into one AI-enriched workspace per target account, reducing research time from hours to minutes and enabling more precise, signal-driven outreach.

Why it exists
Account Intelligence gives sellers a decisive informational advantage when engaging target accounts — knowing who to contact, why now, through what connection path, and with what message — all powered by AI rather than manual research.
Two modes: Basic State and Deep Intelligence
Every account in AccountOS operates in one of two states:
Basic State is available immediately for all accounts at no cost. It includes the editable company profile, Org Chart, user-created signals, contact enrichment, CRM opportunities (if a CRM connector is configured), and email activities (if an email connector is configured).
Deep Intelligence is a per-account toggle that unlocks the full AI-enriched layer — whitespaces, buyer committee, AI-generated signals, strategic priorities, relationship network, workforce analytics, technographics, and competitive intelligence. First-time activation takes several minutes while AI generation runs in the background.
Module structure
Account Intelligence is built around two primary surfaces:
Accounts page — the main list of all tracked accounts and their segments, with Deep Intelligence status visible per row
Account Detail page — the per-account intelligence workspace, accessed by clicking any account row
The Account Detail page consists of a Hero Banner at the top (company metadata and top whitespaces) and a tabbed interface below:
